R Kelly currently on trial for a 10 count charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse; he is facing 7-70 if found guilty. He turned himself in the same day the charges were announced. Kelly spent two nights in jail, and got out after a female friend of his paid off his $100,000 bail money.

"Now, if I was a judge, me personally, and i thought that a guy was a known pedophile over the last 30 years, why is probation even on the table? If this guy is a known pedophile, if he is holding this people hostage, why hasn't the doors been kicked in?
